A female official in Ngoc Lac district (Thanh Hoa) has just been arrested by the police to investigate and clarify the act of fraud and property appropriation.
The arrested subject is Ms. Trinh Thi Hue (born in 1982), residing on Le Hoan street, Ngoc Lac town, Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa.
According to initial investigation results, although Trinh Thi Hue is a civil servant, she brought many fake land use right certificates (LURCs) to mortgage at a number of households in Lang Chanh and Ngoc Lac districts to borrow money.

When the debt payment deadline came, because she had no money to pay, Hue used a fake land use rights certificate to pay off the debt and was discovered by the people, who reported it to the police.
Searching Hue's residence and workplace, the authorities seized many papers and documents related to the act of forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations.
In addition, Ngoc Lac district police also seized 10 land use right certificates that Trinh Thi Hue had forged and mortgaged to borrow money.
At the police station, Hue confessed that because he needed money to pay off debt, from the end of 2022 until he was discovered, he used social networks to contact and make dozens of land use right certificates in his name to borrow about 10 billion VND.
The case is currently under investigation by the police.
