American billionaire singer Taylor Swift has been criticized in the past for her bland, unremarkable fashion style, which is not worthy of her status as an international star with a huge fortune. However, contrary to her often unflashy appearance, her fashion items are extremely expensive.
In January, Taylor Swift wore diamond earrings worth more than $108,000 on the Golden Globes red carpet. Swift wore three earrings in each ear, including a pair of $68,500 De Beers Arpeggia triple earrings inspired by Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata."
She also wore a pair of $34,900 Arpeggia single-line earrings, a $2,000 Dewdrop-style bracelet, and a vintage round stud that retails for around $3,350.
In total, her diamond earrings cost at least $108,750.
During an outing in New York City that same month, Taylor Swift carried a $2,650 Yves Saint Laurent purse.
According to the YSL website, this luxury handbag is made of leather and lined with suede. It is also decorated with the fashion house's monogram in brass.
The bag seemed to be the perfect accessory to her expensive outfit, which included black Gucci boots, a green Stella McCartney dress, and a Stella McCartney wool coat that previously retailed for $2,032.
The most expensive part of her outfit, however, was the Foundrae jewelry, which included an 18-karat gold necklace that cost $2,280 and a larger piece that retails for $6,365.
Continuing her brown and green look, Swift then wore an outfit worth at least $4,645. She paired more affordable pieces, like a $75 green velvet minidress from Little Lies, with a $2,120 Vivienne Westwood quilted handbag and $2,450 Jimmy Choo x Jean Paul Gaultier boots.
The second set is made from brown calfskin and is decorated with a snake-style tattoo, a motif Swift famously used during the "Reputation" era.
In late January, Swift showed off her trendy style in an expensive dress by The Row. The Row is a fashion brand founded by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, one of the most popular lines in the high-end market.
The brand's elements perfectly fit the casual yet highly aesthetic style. Swift looked more sophisticated in a neutral-colored outfit, both light and still exuding the aura of a billionaire singer.
The outfit consisted of a $3,350 cashmere hooded maxi dress by The Row, under which she wore a $1,700 tailored coat by Gant. She also wore $1,290 short Chelsea boots by The Row.
One of the smallest bags Taylor Swift carried this year was also one of the most expensive.
While in New York City with Brittany Mahomes, Swift was photographed wearing black tights, a $2,329 Alaïa minidress, and Marc Jacobs ankle boots.
But the standout piece of the outfit was the black Louis Vuitton bag in the house's Petite Malle style. The small trunk-style designs can cost anywhere from $5,700 to $10,500.
Swift has worn a variety of rings to the AFC Championship Game, including one worth thousands of dollars. At the 2024 AFC Championship Game, Taylor Swift wore a ring designed by Jacquie Aiche. It was thick, made of 14-karat rose gold and encrusted with diamonds. The ring stood out because it had a large marquise stone surrounded by smaller round stones and retailed for $6,250.
Her necklaces stood out at the Super Bowl. They cost more than $18,000. Her most expensive necklace of the night was a Stephanie Gottlieb diamond tennis necklace, which retails for $7,500.
Next up was a $6,800 ruby necklace from Shay Jewelry and another $4,250 from Stephanie Gottlieb. The second necklace featured a fancy diamond, engraved with Kelce's jersey number 87.
