Therefore, Do Hieu decided to ban singer Noo Phuoc Thinh from exploiting and using these 8 songs from November 1, 2023. Any act of exploitation and use without the author's permission will be considered a violation of copyright.

Do Hieu added that since the contracts with singer Noo Phuoc Thinh expired, many singers and companies have contacted to buy exploitation and usage rights, even exclusive rights.

"I consider everything carefully to be sincere and meaningful, but I do not lose out, become a reminder, or beg to get what is inherently mine. I give myself time to think and do not wait for anyone," the musician informed.

Contacting singer Noo Phuoc Thinh, the manager said: "Because of the unexpected incident, we are not ready to answer anything, we are preparing to make an official statement as soon as possible."
