People still sell goods encroaching on the road and sidewalk of Provincial Road 394, Long Xuyen Commune section.

After a traffic accident that killed one person on Provincial Road 394 in September, the Traffic Safety Committee of Hai Duong Province requested the People's Committee of Binh Giang District to remove violations of street vendors encroaching on the road and sidewalk on this route. However, according to observations by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, on the morning of November 29, the situation of street vendors encroaching on the road in this area was still occurring.

Earlier, early in the morning of September 18, Ms. NTT, born in 1974, in Cong Hoa commune (Kim Thanh) was riding a motorbike 34AB - 013.45 on provincial road 394 in the direction of Cay - Phu bridge. When reaching km9+100, in Cay hamlet, Long Xuyen commune, she collided with Ms. TTH who was walking across the road. The incident left Ms. H. injured and she was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. On September 19, Ms. H. died.

Afterwards, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee coordinated to inspect the location of the incident. The Provincial Traffic Safety Committee requested the People's Committee of Binh Giang district to direct the organization to clear violations of selling goods, advertising signs encroaching on sidewalks, roads, traffic safety corridors in the area of ​​km9+100 of Provincial Road 394 and other areas in the district.
