Sitting in a hot air balloon to see the whole dreamy Hue

To contribute to promoting Hue tourism to domestic and foreign tourists from a new and unique perspective, while preserving the traditional cultural beauty of the ancient capital and bringing the youthful and dynamic colors of the typical Festival city of Vietnam, from April 13 to 20, in the Hue Imperial City at Ham Nghi Stadium - Hue City, the International Hot Air Balloon Festival will take place with the theme "Hue - The beauty of the ancient capital". This is an outstanding annual activity in the series of events responding to the Hue Festival week 2023.

Coming to the International Hot Air Balloon Festival, visitors can admire a large number of hot air balloons of all colors, sizes and types.

This is an opportunity for tourists who love and explore new things to directly experience the feeling of sitting on a hot air balloon and seeing the entire view of Hue Citadel - a World Cultural Heritage.

The experience of free flying to watch the sunrise in the ancient capital is one of the highlights of the festival. The most famous landscapes of Hue such as Huong River, Ngu Mountain, Tam Giang Lagoon... will be enjoyed from a completely new perspective of tourists - from a hot air balloon. The number of hot air balloons performed in the festival is expected to include 12 large hot air balloons with a diameter of 25-28m, flying from 300-500m high, and can carry 02 tourists. To have the most authentic experience, visitors can choose one of two forms of hot air balloon flight: free flying or anchoring in place.

In addition to hot air balloon tours, visitors can also immerse themselves in an extremely attractive space of entertainment, recreation and cuisine. In particular, coming to this festival, visitors can immerse themselves in an EDM music night with the participation of famous rappers and many other artists.

Coming to Hue in these April days, visitors will see a very different Hue: a calm, contemplative Hue will be completely "transformed", replaced by a youthful, dynamic Hue that is in tune with the times.
