Nam Sach district currently has 103/113 religious establishments that have been granted land use right certificates for the first time, reaching 91%. The remaining 10 religious establishments have not been granted land use right certificates in the communes of Hop Tien, Nam Chinh, Quoc Tuan (2 establishments), Thai Tan, Hong Phong, Minh Tan, An Lam, Cong Hoa and Nam Sach town. The main reason is that there are not enough documents to determine the origin of the land, land use boundaries...
In addition, 6 religious establishments have been granted land use right certificates for the first time but there have been changes in area and have not completed procedures for additional land allocation and issuance of land use right certificates for the new area. 11 new religious establishments have been included in the land use planning for the period 2021-2030 but are not yet included in the district's land use planning and plan.
The People's Committee of Nam Sach district has requested communes and towns to focus on reviewing, collecting statistics for classification and evaluation; coordinate with consulting units and specialized departments to complete the dossier for granting land use right certificates to religious establishments; strengthen propaganda for people to cooperate; do not arbitrarily build or repair worship facilities without permission. In case religious establishments need to build or repair, the People's Committee of the commune needs to guide the procedures for granting permits in accordance with regulations.
