A number of representatives of some Russian ministries and government agencies were not granted entry visas, Antonov said, adding that there were also many cases where Russian representatives did not have the opportunity to connect to important meetings via video link.
Ambassador Antonov expressed "deep concern" about the upcoming APEC summit in San Francisco in November and called on the US to fulfill its rotating presidency obligations and issue all required visas to the Russian delegation in a timely manner.
