debt of straw

Now far away, every day my heart aches. I owe the straw. I owe my whole homeland.

We owe a life of straw...

We owe a life of straw
The feet are wide open, walking on the country road.
We owe a life of farming
Green corn leaves waving in the wind calling winter back.

The story of the countryside
Tilting the ancient communal house yard
Night raindrops pattering on the summer side
Who is playing in the sun back to the old village?
giggle
Lost in the countryside.

We owe a life of kitchen smoke
The fragrant straw fire warms her hands
The wind blows in the late afternoon market
The brown shirt flutters in the old mother's shadow

Who gives me a fragrant silk shirt for a new day?
Is the homeland of the fragrant fields
Now far away, every day my heart aches
debt of straw
Indebted to the whole country.
