Hai Duong pumps water to some areas facing flooding difficulties

The work of taking water to flood the fields for winter-spring rice cultivation in Hai Duong is basically going according to plan, but some areas are still facing difficulties.
Over 17,000 hectares of rice fields in Hai Duong have been flooded.

After the first water discharge from Hoa Binh Hydropower Reservoir, Hai Duong province has flooded 17,044 hectares of rice land, accounting for 33.5% of the total rice cultivation area for the 2024-2025 spring-summer crop.
