Make grilled meat skewers with vermicelli in an air fryer

In early winter, try changing the taste for your family with fragrant grilled meat skewers, served with vermicelli, vegetables and rich dipping sauce.

Ingredient:

900g crispy pork shoulder with a little fat or pork belly

1 tablespoon syrup/molasses

2 tablespoons white sesame

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons annatto oil

1 purple onion

1 garlic bulb

1 lemongrass

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon pepper

Making

Prepare pork:Wash the meat, slice into bite-sized pieces. Mix the meat with fish sauce, honey, and annatto oil. Marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight for a more tender and delicious meat.

After marinating, skewer the meat, don't pack it too tightly. Keep the remaining marinade in the bowl.



Bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes (flip after 5 minutes if the fryer does not have top and bottom heat settings).



Take out the mixture:1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little cooking oil, remaining marinade; grill for another 3-5 minutes to brown the meat and give it a nicer color.

Make dipping sauce for noodles:Cut carrots and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces, mix well with salt, sugar, lemon, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Then drain the water and keep the salad.

Add 1/2 bowl of water to the pot, add sugar, fish sauce and a few slices of pineapple, simmer, filter out the pineapple and take the fish sauce and let it cool. Add lemon juice, season to taste.



Add the prepared toppings to the fish sauce bowl. Finally, mince the garlic and chili, add them to the fish sauce bowl and sprinkle some pepper.
