Conditions for business of motor vehicle inspection services

The Government has just issued Decree 166 regulating the business conditions of motor vehicle inspection services; organization and operation of inspection facilities; and the life span of motor vehicles.

After 3 months of having to temporarily suspend operations due to some inspectors being caught up in legal trouble, two motor vehicle inspection centers in Hai Duong City and Kim Thanh District have resumed normal operations.
