Hai Duong team won first prize in the Northern Region's Excellent Primary Health Care Competition

The Northern Regional Excellent Primary Health Care Competition was organized by the Ministry of Health in Hai Duong with the participation of 5 teams representing 5 provinces and cities: Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, and Hung Yen.
