District on the outskirts of Hanoi is about to auction dozens more land lots.

According to the announcement of the organizing unit, these 34 plots of land are located in the Van Son Lake Golf Course resettlement project (Hoang Van Thu commune, Chuong My district), with a total area of ​​over 10,500 m2. The largest plot of land is over 706 m2, with a starting price of 5.49 million VND per m2, equivalent to nearly 3.9 billion VND for the whole plot.

The remaining plots are mostly 340 to 370 square meters in area, starting at 6.7 to 6.9 million VND per square meter. The 9 plots with an area of ​​167 to 180 square meters are advertised at a higher price, from 7.8 million VND per square meter.

The starting price of land plots in Chuong My is much lower than in some districts on the outskirts of Hanoi. Last month, more than a hundred plots of land in Dong Anh, Me Linh, and Quoc Oai were auctioned, many plots priced at 20-30 million VND per square meter.

In recent months, districts on the outskirts of Hanoi have been competing to auction land as demand in the real estate market has gradually recovered. Each auction has attracted the attention of investors. For example, at the end of February, 33 plots of land in Thuy Lam commune, Dong Anh district were successfully auctioned, including a lot that was twice the starting price, over 60 million VND per square meter.

At the end of March, Me Minh district also successfully auctioned 30 land lots, some of which fetched over VND50 million per square meter, nearly double the starting price. Most recently, at the end of April, Quoc Oai district, 30 km from the center of Hanoi, successfully auctioned 34 land lots, with the highest winning lot at VND74.1 million per square meter in Sai Son commune.
