The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just decided to fine THI Global Joint Stock Company in Le Thanh Nghi ward (Hai Duong city) a total of 230 million VND. Of which, the fine is 105 million VND for operating employment services without a license, and 125 million VND for leasing labor without a license.
In addition, THI Global Joint Stock Company must also pay back more than 10.2 million VND to AUTO Thu Phat Company Limited and more than 11.8 million VND to Quang Duc Phong Company Limited.
Through a surprise inspection, the inspection team of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs discovered that THI Global Joint Stock Company was operating employment services and labor leasing without a license as prescribed by law.
