Hai Duong amends some contents on tasks and powers of the Industrial Park Management Board

In January 2024, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee issued 2 legal documents, specifically:

Decision No. 01/2024/QD-UBND dated January 2, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee amends and supplements Decision No. 23/2023/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the position, functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Hai Duong Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board.

Scope of adjustment: The decision abolishes the content such as "Issuing, re-issuing, extending, revoking work permits and confirming that foreign workers are not subject to work permits for foreigners working in industrial parks" and the content "receiving reports on the situation of using foreign workers" at Point d, Clause 2, Article 2. Remove the content: "receiving explanatory reports from enterprises in industrial parks on the need to use foreigners for each job position that Vietnamese people cannot meet" at Point c, Clause 3, Article 2 and amend Clause 2, Article 3 (changing the name of the Labor Management Department to the Enterprise Management Department) of Decision No. 23/2023/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Decision No. 02/2024/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee partially abolishes the Regulations on management and norms for self-accounting of costs for provincial-level science and technology tasks using the state budget in the province, issued together with Decision No. 20/2015/QD-UBND dated November 19, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee.
