Supervise salary payment and Tet bonus payment to workers

In the plan to organize activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the 2024 Lunar New Year, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requested that unions at all levels proactively participate with competent authorities to grasp the situation, inspect and supervise employers in paying salaries and bonuses to workers and laborers on the occasion of Tet.

In addition, the goal is to promptly detect and have solutions to ensure the rights of workers in enterprises facing difficulties, unpaid wages, unable to pay bonuses, owners fleeing or temporarily suspending operations, dissolving, or going bankrupt.

In addition to dialogue and negotiation activities with employers on production plans, salary payments, and Tet bonuses, trade unions at all levels also implement measures to detect and prevent labor disputes and collective work stoppages arising during Tet.

In addition to Tet care activities, the union also organizes the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing" focusing on the grassroots level and the level directly above the grassroots level.

Organize activities to visit, give gifts, and wish workers a happy new year on the occasion of New Year and Lunar New Year 2024, combined with gratitude activities and meetings with workers.
