Domestic gold price reversed and increased sharply to 700,000 VND

Opening this morning (December 14), SJC gold and Rong Thang Long gold brands increased sharply by 500,000-700,000 VND/tael while the central exchange rate decreased by 9 VND/USD.

Accordingly, SJC gold at Doji Hanoi Company announced from 73.20-74.3 million VND/tael (buy/sell), an increase of 700,000 VND/tael.

Similarly, Saigon Jewelry Company and Phu Quy Jewelry Company increased by VND500,000/tael, currently these two businesses are trading from VND73.30-74.3 million/tael.

Doji Company in Ho Chi Minh City also increased by 500,000 VND/tael, currently listing the buying and selling price of SJC gold from 72.2-74.2 million VND/tael.

Bao Tin Minh Chau Company announced the price of Rong Thang Long gold from 60.88-61.98 million VND/tael (buy/sell), also increased by 500,000 VND/tael.

In the world, the price of gold is trading at 2,031 USD/ounce, up 50 USD compared to the same time in the previous session. When converted according to the domestic USD exchange rate, this precious metal is approximately 59.82 million VND/tael, about 14.48 million VND/tael lower than the SJC brand.

This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 23,945 VND/USD, down 9 VND compared to the previous session.

With a margin of +/-5%, Vietcombank offers from 24,060-24,450 VND/USD (buy/sell), an increase of 30 VND.

VietinBank announced the buying price is 24,053 VND/USD and the selling price is 24,393 VND/USD, down 30 VND.

BIDV Bank also decreased by 30 VND, currently trading at 24,100-24,400 VND/USD. Eximbank applied the exchange rate from 23,950-24,360 VND/USD, down 50 VND.
