Proposed policy to subsidize officials who are not old enough to be re-elected and voluntarily retire early

The Ministry of Home Affairs is seeking comments on the draft Decree regulating the regime and policies for cadres who are not old enough to be re-elected or re-appointed to positions and titles according to their term in the agency and have retired.
It is expected that part-time students will be granted scholarships as full-time students.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, students of the work-study program (also known as the part-time program) and distance learning program will be considered and granted scholarships to encourage learning like full-time students.
