Regarding the Saigon - Dai Ninh case, Nova Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company and Thien Vuong Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited (both part of Novaland Group) have filed an appeal.

Former Minister Mai Tien Dung was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison, suspended.

The Hanoi People's Court sentenced 10 defendants in the Saigon Dai Ninh case, including Mr. Mai Tien Dung, former Minister and Head of the Government Office, who received a suspended sentence of 2 years and 6 months in prison.
Proposal to remove Dai Ninh project from key projects in Lam Dong

Lam Dong Department of Finance believes that the implementation of Dai Ninh Urban Area is not feasible, so it proposed to remove the project from the list of key projects in the 2020-2025 period.

Violations at the 3,600-hectare Dai Ninh super project led to the arrest of many officials.

Once proposed to be revoked, the Dai Ninh urban area project was later resumed when the Government Inspectorate revised its inspection conclusion. This is a "super" project that has caused many leaders of Lam Dong province to be entangled in legal trouble.
