She arrived in the morning but was not allowed in. In the afternoon, she and her children and grandchildren arrived at 3 p.m. She sadly shared: "It's a pity that I won't be able to hear the General Secretary's words anymore."Mr. Doan Tan Phu was born in 1957 and is from Quang Ngai.
