The Youth Union of Hai Duong Province's agencies strives for each Youth Union to have at least one youth work or project.

At the Youth Month launching program held on the morning of February 28, the Youth Union of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies set a goal of implementing a youth project to repair houses for people in difficult circumstances to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies (March 14, 1994 - March 14, 2024), the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024).

The steering group organized at least 2 voluntary medical examination programs, provided free medicine to 200 families in difficult circumstances; visited and gave gifts to 100 policy beneficiaries and children in difficult circumstances.

All Youth Union chapters in the bloc planted at least 1,000 trees; 100% of Youth Union units simultaneously launched "Green Sunday", 100% of Youth Union units participated in the program "Steps for the community".

To achieve the set targets, the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies promotes the activities of volunteer doctors and nurses at the Youth Unions of medical facilities; continues to advise the Party Committees and leaders of agencies and units to assign the Youth Union to implement models of creating green trees such as: youth nurseries, youth flower gardens, etc. Mobilizing Youth Union officials and members to participate in voluntary blood donation at the "Red Sunday" program organized by the Provincial Youth Union and participate in voluntary blood donation programs organized by agencies, units and enterprises.
