Should we invest in real estate now or wait for the Land Law to take effect?
From August 1, the Land Law officially takes effect, many real estate investors are wondering whether to buy real estate now or wait until "G hour"?
New regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State acquires land
Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP stipulates land compensation when the State reclaims land in cases where the actual measured area is different from the area recorded on land use right documents.
7 cases of land not granted "red books" from August 1
The 2024 Land Law, effective from August 1, states 7 cases of land that are not granted certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (red books).
The Government issued a new decree on land prices.
The Government has just issued Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP regulating land prices, effective from the effective date of Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15.
Clearly stipulate the conditions for individuals to practice land valuation consultancy.
Individuals who have been granted a certificate of completion of a training course on land valuation but have not been granted a land valuation certificate but meet the requirements are allowed to practice land valuation consultancy.
"Overexploiting land valuation will push up real estate prices"
Land use fees and land valuations that are too high while not taking into account all the expenses incurred by businesses will cause real estate prices to increase, putting the burden on buyers.
