The company will well implement the policy of socializing the province's water supply service, providing clean water through the main meter to secondary units so that clean water services reach people in the whole province with increasingly high water quality and service quality, contributing to ensuring social security in the whole province.

The company continues to use and apply science, technology, and new materials in production, creating products with good quality, low cost, ensuring national standards and local technical standards on water quality. The company has raised the level of system management to fully automated level; researched and improved technology, increased effective water treatment capacity, and ensured high efficiency for factories. Regarding market development, the company has expanded the scope of water supply according to the chain and regional water supply plan. Clean water is provided to rural areas, without distinction between rural and urban areas, ensuring alternative water supply sources for water supply stations using polluted inland river water. In recent times, the company has continued to effectively implement the project to prevent revenue loss and water loss; maximizing cost savings to invest in developing and expanding the coverage of water supply services to rural areas. The company has implemented online payments through 6 banks and 6 affiliated units, making it convenient for customers to pay for clean water usage. The rate of online payment collection from customers reached over 88%.

In 2024, the company completed and exceeded the basic goals, tasks and targets set. In which, the output of commercial tap water and total revenue exceeded the plan, contributing more than 77 billion VND to the state budget.

Identifying the task of increasing income, ensuring the best rights and life for employees as important tasks, the company always complies with and properly implements policies and regulations to ensure maximum benefits for employees. In 2024, all employees will have regular jobs and stable income, averaging 8.9 million VND/person/month, an increase of 150,000 VND/person/month compared to the plan.

With the motto "For public health, for a sustainable environment", the company pays special attention to investing and upgrading water supply infrastructure based on approved projects and basic construction investment works, including many transitional projects and new investment works.

The most typical example is the Vinh Hong clean water booster pumping station in Phuc Le village, Vinh Hong commune (Binh Giang) officially operating in December 2024. This booster pumping station has a design capacity of 10,000 m³/day and night, bringing water supplied from Viet Hoa Water Plant (Hai Duong City) through the HDPE D400 pipeline system. The project ensures to improve the quality of clean water supply for about 30,000 customers throughout Binh Giang district...

In 2025, the company will continue to focus on ensuring safe production, completing targets on commercial water output, revenue, other economic and technical aspects, and employee policies approved by the shareholders' meeting. Continue to inspect and monitor units to effectively implement the safe water supply plan, strictly control technical parameters, quality of raw water, treated water, water at customers' taps, ensuring clean water quality in accordance with national technical regulations and local regulations.

Make monthly and quarterly water supply production plans, paying special attention to the water supply plan in the summer. Proactively respond to the risk of water pollution and low river water levels to ensure safe and stable production. Continue to direct the implementation of projects: Preventing revenue loss and leakage; providing safe water and constantly improving corporate governance, applying quality management systems, improving the quality of water supply services; and digitally transforming businesses.
