Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee directed to urgently inspect the project at area 10B, Quang Hanh, Cam Pha

Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued Document No. 3105/UBND-GTCN&XH directing the inspection of the Urban Area project in Zone 10B, Quang Hanh Ward, Cam Pha City.

The document clearly states that on November 5, 2023, Tien Phong Electronic Newspaper and a number of press agencies published articles reflecting the construction of the urban area project in area 10B, Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city.

Regarding this matter, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province assigned the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Pha city to urgently inspect the Urban Area project in area 10B, Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city; consider issues reflected by public opinion and the press to have solutions according to authority and regulations of law; report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province assigned the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh province to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and the People's Committee of Cam Pha city to review legal documents, procedures and press reports related to the Urban Area project in area 10B, Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city, advise and propose in accordance with legal regulations, and report to the Provincial People's Committee in November 2023.
