The fire at a 6-storey house on Dinh Cong Ha Street (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) on the evening of June 16 killed 4 people, including the homeowner, Ms. NMH (born in 1971), her son, Ms. H., and her 2 grandchildren. Ms. H. married a man in Cap village, Hong Du commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong).
