The viewpoint of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong is to ban the athletes' meals.The center's leaders regularly monitor and grasp public opinion related to the menu to make appropriate changes for athletes in different sports. The processing procedure is strictly implemented, ensuring food hygiene and safety.Athletes must wash their hands before entering the cafeteria.The meals for athletes at the center are nutritious meals, not regular meals. The menu is selected based on the recommendations of sports medicine, limiting fat, not causing obesity, making it difficult to release energy. The menu is adjusted weekly to change the taste of the athletes.The dishes are carefully prepared to suit the athletes' tastes.Currently, athletes are served 3 meals/day. The menu is repeated weekly, with main dishes such as beef tenderloin, chicken breast, pork tenderloin, pork shoulder, fish... Desserts vary such as oranges, fresh milk, yogurt, bananas... According to the center's leaders, the unit currently has 28 teams, with 558 athletes. Meals for athletes follow the following regime: Breakfast costs 34,500 VND/meal, for both training athletes and level 1 athletes, masters. Lunch and dinner, training athletes eat 70,000 VND/meal; level 1 athletes, masters eat 92,500 VND/meal. For each meal, the unit provides meals prepared at the center from 160-180 meals, after deducting the number of athletes who are concentrated in national teams, going to training, competing or outpatient athletes (living in Hai Duong City).
