In 2023, the total revenue from production and service business of all levels of the Hai Duong Provincial Blind Association will reach nearly 9 billion VND, an increase of more than 1.5 billion VND compared to 2022.
Of which, 13 service points belong to the association's facilities, attracting about 66,000 massage customers, more than 12,200 cupping customers, with revenue reaching nearly 6 billion VND; producing and consuming about 1.7 million toothpick packs, with revenue reaching nearly 3 billion VND.
In 2023, the Blind Association at all levels lent 60 members capital from the National Fund for Employment and Poor Households with a total amount of more than 1.1 billion VND; the fund was used to give gifts worth nearly 1.5 billion VND to members and visually impaired children.
In 2024, the Blind Association at all levels in the province will continue to mobilize and develop members and branches; strengthen the implementation of loan projects and use them effectively; upgrade equipment, improve traditional massage service skills, and increase employee income. Continue to coordinate in organizing vocational training classes to improve skills for members; mobilize resources to support poor members. Hai Duong currently has more than 3,000 members of the Blind Association, operating in 203 branches. 183 branches have funds with a total amount of nearly 850 million VND.

At the conference, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Blind Association awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 9 individuals; certified the group of contestants of the Ninh Giang District Blind Association who won second prize in the contest to spread the book I love and the example of lifelong learning. The Provincial Blind Association awarded certificates of merit to 20 groups and 35 individuals with outstanding achievements in the association's activities in 2023.
