Currently, the Provincial General Hospital simultaneously deploys 3 digital services in medical examination and treatment activities. These are registering for medical examination via automatic kiosk, registering for medical examination online and paying hospital fees via dynamic QR code. When patients perform digitalization from registration to payment of hospital fees, it will be convenient when the information data is synchronized. However, the hospital's network connection is not stable, so there are times when the service is interrupted.
