Party committees of communes, wards and towns must complete political reports to submit to the congresses of new party committees before June 30.

According to the instructions of the Organizing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committees of communes, wards and towns must complete political reports to submit to the congress of the new Party Committee before June 30.
The draft Political Report should provide feasible and quantifiable targets.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong, Chairman of the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Hai Duong province, proposed that the draft Political Report of the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee should supplement a number of viewpoints and development orientation goals of Hai Duong when the province is merged.
