On the morning of February 28, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer comrade Tran Anh Tuan, Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee from March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2028.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu requested that in his new position, Comrade Tran Anh Tuan continue to promote his capacity and work experience, constantly innovate, be creative, and unite to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and developed Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization.

Comrade Tran Anh Tuan, born in 1968, in Doan Tung commune (Thanh Mien). From September 2011 to March 2021, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; from March 2021 to April 2022, he held the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology; from April 2022, he held the position of Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
