4 Deputy Heads of the Central Organizing Committee all achieved 100% high confidence

The Central Organizing Committee has just held a conference to vote on the confidence of its deputy heads.

Standing member of the Secretariat and Head of the Central Organization Committee Truong Thi Mai emphasized that the vote of confidence of leaders and managers in the political system has been implemented in recent times.

The Politburo has just issued Decision No. 96/2022 replacing Decision 262 to contribute to assessing the prestige and performance of assigned duties and tasks of officials.

Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Truong Thi Mai chaired the conference.

Thereby, helping cadres to self-reflect, self-correct, continue to strive and practice in their work; creating an important basis for Party committees and organizations to train, foster, arrange and use cadres, improve the effectiveness of leadership, management and supervision of cadres.

According to the Head of the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Executive Committee recently conducted a vote of confidence for the Politburo and the Secretariat, ensuring strictness, democracy, and objectivity.

Next October, the National Assembly and People's Councils will also conduct a vote of confidence for the positions elected and approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils. Currently, Party committees, Party organizations, and leadership groups in the political system are conducting a vote of confidence.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai said that the four Deputy Heads of the Central Organizing Committee who received a vote of confidence include: Mai Van Chinh, Nguyen Quang Duong, Hoang Dang Quang, and Phan Thang An.

The collective review report of the committee's leaders and the review report of the deputy heads of the Central Organizing Committee who were voted for a vote of confidence were sent to the delegates at the conference.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai noted that the Central Organizing Committee is an advisory body, and must act seriously, set an example, and comply with the Party's Charter; be objective, impartial, and honest, so that the voting is substantive and effective.

The Central Organizing Committee has completed 53 projects and tasks submitted to the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat and issued a number of documents as assigned. In that overall result, the Deputy Heads of the Central Organizing Committee who were voted for confidence played a very important role.

The Standing Member of the Secretariat and Head of the Central Organizing Committee affirmed: The Deputy Heads of the Central Organizing Committee are all cadres who have grown up locally, through many working positions, have a firm political stance and ideology, an honest, exemplary, modest, pure, sincere lifestyle, and always maintain and promote solidarity within the agency.

For the assigned tasks, the deputy heads have a comprehensive grasp of the assigned fields and areas, devoted themselves to the common work, and achieved positive results in performing their duties and tasks.

The conference conducted voting in a spirit of objectivity, fairness, honesty and responsibility.

As a result, all four Deputy Heads of the Central Organizing Committee achieved 30/30 (100%) high confidence votes.
