Active propaganda for 2013 Con Son – Kiep Bac Fall Festival

Up to 8 September, the Content and Propaganda Sub-board of the Organizing Board of the 2013 Con Son – Kiep Bac Fall Festival hung 10 banners, erected 150 plates propagandizing the relic site and autumn festival, planted 700 flags along the road from Con Son to Kiep Bac, wrote 100 CDs and VCDs, and printed 3,000 leaflets introducing the relic site, etc.

The provincial Radio – Television Station and Hai Duong Newspaper have worked out and implemented contents for propagation before, during, and after the festival.

Rituals of proclamation, praying for peace, requiem, etc. have been well prepared.

The Management Unit of Con Son – Kiep Bac relic has organized providers of services during the festival, such as selling goods, taking photographs, etc., to sign a commitment to follow regulations, not to solicit customers, and to preserve food hygiene and safety.
