The organizers offer incense to open the 2019 Con Son – Kiep Bac Spring Festival

This is the first ceremony in a series of activities of this year's spring festival. 

Representatives of the Organizing Board, the Management Unit of Con Son – Kiep Bac Relics, and Hung Dao commune and numerous locals and visitors conducted the ceremony in accordance with traditional rituals.

The delegates placed vegetarian and meaty dishes and other items on altars in front of Bac house, the back shrine of Saint Tran, etc. to ask permission for festival opening and pray for a smooth spring festival, favorable weather, and more crowded and happier locals and visitors to the festival.

The opening ceremony of the 2019 Con Son – Kiep Bac Spring Festival is to officially take place on the evening of February 20 (the 16th day of the 1st lunar month) at Con Son relic site.
