Presiding over a meeting on February 18 afternoon to review and check the preparation for Con Son – Kiep Bac Spring Festival 2016, Mr. Luong Van Cau, Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Festival Organizing Board, required sub-boards and local authorities to urgently complete the remaining work.
Specifically, the Con Son – Kiep Bac Relic Management Unit has to install visual billboards at Dau Rong T-junction on the path to Kiep Bac relic, hang national flags at Con Son and Kiep Bac relics, arrange rooms with internet connections to receive press agencies, carefully prepare solemn and meaningful ceremonies of sacrifice offering and cereal distribution on Ngu Nhac mountain, and avoid disorder.
The public security sector has to arrange forces to ensure absolute safety during festive days and fire-engines to deal with fires and explosions.
The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has to arrange manpower, lifeboats, and life jackets to ensure absolute safety of the water procession ceremony...

To date, the preparation for Con Son – Kiep Bac Spring Festival 2016 has basically finished. The Content Sub-board has completed a detailed scenario for ceremonies and the festival part. 11 central and local press agencies have had news and articles promoting the relics and the festival's contents. Since the lunar new year, visual propaganda has been further intensified.
* The Division of Road and Rail Traffic Police (Provincial Police) will form four groups to regulate traffic at the intersection of national highways 18 and 37, Con Son lake T-junction, Tien Son residential area T-junction, and the T-junction of provincial road 398 and national highway 37 from February 21 – 24.
Functional forces will coordinate with Chi Linh provincial town police to ensure traffic order and safety on related roads and central areas of Con Son and Kiep Bac temples and pagodas, not to let traffic accidents happen, and minimize traffic congestions; promptly collaborate with professional forces to protect the property and vehicles of visitors to the festival and material facilities of the relics.
