Hai Duong City has proposed that the Provincial People's Committee transfer nearly 90 billion VND of the provincial budget allocated for 2 city projects to other projects and works of the province to ensure full disbursement of capital in 2025.

Removing obstacles for projects using budget capital invested by commune level

On April 3, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council held a workshop on "Removing obstacles in implementing projects using state budget capital invested by the People's Committee at the commune level".
24 ministries, branches and 49 localities have not fully allocated public investment capital plans.

The total unallocated capital is up to 77,635 billion VND, accounting for 9.42% of the plan. Of which, the central budget capital is 36,619 billion VND and the local budget balance capital is 41,016 billion VND.
