The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has issued a plan to review and supplement the planning of positions of members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Hai Duong dismissed 5 directors of merged departments from the position of Provincial People's Committee members and elected 1 additional member.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council dismissed the former Provincial Inspector and 5 department directors from the position of Provincial People's Committee Member and elected 1 additional Provincial People's Committee Member.
The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee agreed to allow 11 officials, including 3 Provincial Party Committee members, to retire before the retirement age.

Among the 11 comrades who requested early retirement, there were 3 Provincial Party Committee members, including Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, and Secretary of Thanh Mien District Party Committee.
