On September 25 (local time), General Secretary and President To Lam met with US President Joe Biden as part of his attendance at the Future Summit, 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, working in the US. At the meeting, President Biden affirmed that the US considers Vietnam a partner of top importance in the region.
