National Assembly discusses Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended)

Proposal to reduce corporate income tax by 50% for press agencies

According to Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Education Nguyen Dac Vinh, currently printed newspapers enjoy a corporate income tax incentive of 10%, while electronic newspapers do not, so it is very difficult.

Extension of tax and land rent payment deadline in 2024

The Government has just issued Decree No. 64/2024/ND-CP extending the deadline for payment of value added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax and land rent in 2024.
