After the directive, the National Highway 5 section through Hai Duong under repair has no more congestion.

Following the direction of Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban on June 20, the investor and construction unit have deployed solutions to overcome traffic congestion on National Highway 5.

On the afternoon of June 20, Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with relevant units and sectors on ensuring order and safety and preventing traffic congestion on National Highway 5.
