Regulations on standards and procedures for appointment and reappointment of civil servants in leadership and management positions at the department level

Decision No. 26/2023/QD-UBND dated August 2, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on standards, conditions, quantity and procedures for appointment, reappointment, and extension of term of office for civil servants leading and managing at the department level and equivalent in specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and District People's Committees.

Decision No. 27/2023/QD-UBND dated August 10, 2023 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on regulations on land incentives for socialized investment projects in the fields of education, vocational training, health, culture, sports and environment in urban areas in Hai Duong province.

Decision No. 28/2023/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on amending and supplementing Article 4 of the Regulation on a number of contents on construction planning management in Hai Duong province issued together with Decision No. 15/2022/QD-UBND dated October 21, 2022 of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.
