Hai Duong still has 238 cases of violations of irrigation works
From the end of February to April 10, Hai Duong has cleared 71 more cases of violations of irrigation works, with 238 cases still unprocessed.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hai Duong province, of the 71 cases of illegal irrigation works that have been cleared, 5 cases arose in 2024 and 66 cases existed before December 31, 2023.
Up to this point, the whole province still has 238 cases of violations that have not been handled, including 12 cases arising in 2024 and 226 cases existing before December 31, 2023. Ninh Giang, Binh Giang, Tu Ky and Gia Loc are districts with many cases of violations of irrigation works that have not been cleared.
Implementing the direction of the provincial leaders, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requested districts, towns and cities to continue to synchronously implement solutions to thoroughly handle 238 outstanding violations, to be completed before May 15. Strictly manage, promptly detect, and strictly handle arising violations, to prevent recurrence.
The People's Committees of Binh Giang, Ninh Giang, and Gia Loc districts requested the Provincial People's Committee to provide guidance on handling cases of building houses on land with land use right certificates within the protection area of irrigation works. Previously, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed that before March 31, localities must complete the clearance of all the above violations, not allowing new violations to arise. In case of non-voluntary clearance, enforcement will be organized.
