Create the best conditions for Hai Duong doctors to fulfill their aspirations of dedication
Visiting and congratulating doctors on Vietnam Doctors' Day, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu emphasized the need to create the best conditions for doctors to fulfill their aspirations of dedication.

On the morning of February 26, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province visited and congratulated the cadres, doctors, and workers at Kim Thanh District Medical Center, Kinh Mon town on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025).
In a solemn and cozy atmosphere, comrade Le Van Hieu shared and praised the efforts of the staff, doctors and workers at the medical centers in the past time; at the same time, he acknowledged, congratulated and expressed gratitude for the contributions of the medical workforce to the development of the province.
Emphasizing that all levels and sectors of Hai Duong province always pay attention to leadership, direction and allocate resources to focus on investment and remove obstacles for the medical sector, comrade Le Van Hieu assessed that the quality of healthcare in the province has had positive changes and achieved many remarkable achievements.

Medical facilities that have received investment in facilities, equipment, and policies need to be focused on effectively exploiting and improving the quality of health care for the people. Places that are still limited and need more investment and attention should be urgently researched, proposed, and advised by competent authorities to promptly overcome the shortcomings.
Medical facilities in the province need to improve medical facilities to both serve the people and create the best environment and conditions for doctors to maximize their capacity and fulfill their aspirations of dedication.

"The facilities must be commensurate with the professional qualifications of the medical staff to be exploited effectively. At the same time, it is necessary to listen to opinions and wishes so that each medical staff member has the best conditions to contribute, happily work and serve, and take care of people's health," Comrade Le Van Hieu suggested.
This is also a particularly important task in ensuring social security in the province, a key factor in improving people's lives, creating a livable environment, and attracting workers from other provinces.

The leaders of the medical centers have received the opinions and on behalf of the staff, doctors, and employees of the unit, thanked the provincial leaders for their attention; affirmed that they will continue to strive to improve the quality of health care for the people.
