According to the reporter's investigation, currently, the list of personnel introduced to elect Party committees at all levels for the 2025-2030 term is being carried out by the functional forces of Hai Duong Provincial Police in accordance with procedures, ensuring progress.
The provincial police departments will coordinate with the commune police to review and exchange information. The district police's suspension of operations will not affect this service.
According to the plan being implemented by Hai Duong Provincial Police, 12 district, town and city police stations will stop operating. District police personnel will be assigned to professional departments of the Provincial Police and police stations of 151 communes, 46 wards and 10 towns of Hai Duong.
According to Party regulations, the standards for Party committee members at all levels have general standards and specific standards at each level. Regarding general standards, Party committee members at all levels basically follow Regulation No. 89-QD/TW, dated August 4, 2017 of the 12th Politburo; in which, some standards are emphasized as follows:
Having a strong political stance, absolutely loyal to the interests of the Party, the State and the people; steadfast in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Party's renewal policy, the goals of national independence and socialism...
Have moral qualities, exemplary and pure lifestyle; strictly implement Party regulations, principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism; have a sense of organization and discipline and a high sense of responsibility in work, maintain internal solidarity; be diligent, frugal, honest, upright, impartial; declare assets and income honestly and transparently; not be opportunistic, ambitious for power, local, factional, corrupt, negative, "group interests"... Do not let spouse, children, relatives take advantage of position and authority for personal gain.
Have the capacity to concretize and effectively organize the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; have innovative thinking, vision, scientific and effective working methods; practice what you preach, be proactive, creative, dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility; have achievements, work results and specific "products" in the assigned area and field of work.
Have professional qualifications, political theory, and state management that meet the requirements and assigned tasks and according to the regulations of the Party and State; necessary and appropriate IT and foreign language qualifications.
Healthy enough to perform the duties; ensure the age for appointment and nomination according to Party regulations...
