Adjusting the planning of Cam Giang district to 2030 to have 6 industrial clusters
Instead of planning 9 industrial clusters, the latest planning adjustment to 2030, Cam Giang district only has 6 industrial clusters.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has approved the adjustment of the construction planning of Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province to 2030, with a vision to 2050 (second adjustment).
Notably, this planning adjustment still maintains the planning orientation to have 7 industrial parks by 2030. The planning adjustment reduces to 6 industrial clusters, compared to the approved planning, 3 industrial clusters are not planned in Cam Hung commune, Dinh Son - Tan Truong commune, Cao An - Dinh Son - Cam Vu commune.
Cam Giang district is located in the west of Hai Duong province, including 2 towns and 13 communes. The total natural area of the district is 11,011.9 hectares.
Cam Giang is a concentrated industrial development area with large scale, developing small-scale industry, agricultural production and processing center. At the same time, it is a tourist - cultural area combined with traditional craft villages.
The district's population is forecast to be about 192,000 people by 2030 and about 250,000 people by 2050.
