Mountain peach blossoms have arrived in Hai Duong city, people enjoy Tet flowers early
Although it is still nearly a month before Tet, Son La peach blossoms are already on sale in Hai Duong City. Many people have bought peach blossoms early.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, a small trader in Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City) who has been selling peach blossoms for many years, said that he is currently selling his first batch of about 200 peach blossom branches, priced from 500,000 VND - 1.2 million VND/branch, depending on the size. On average, Mr. Tuan sells about 10 branches/day.
Early peaches being sold on Truong Chinh Street (Hai Duong City) are mainly the 5-petal peach variety, imported by retailers from peach gardens of people in Son La province.
This year, the weather is warmer than last year, so the peach blossoms bloom earlier. Peach blossoms from the highlands are popular among people because of their durability, large flowers, and scattered blooms for more than a month.
