Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh holds the position of Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.
Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Giang District was mobilized and appointed by the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
On the afternoon of December 24, at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended and presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to transfer Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Giang District People's Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from December 24, 2024. Term of office is 5 years.
Speaking at the assignment, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu assessed that Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh is a young cadre with basic training, working in many agencies and units such as the Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs and Ninh Giang district. He always completes the assigned tasks well.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that in his new position, Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh continue to promote his own capacity and experience, be proactive and creative, and work with the leadership, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Phan Nhat Thanh, thanked the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee for their attention, trust, and assignment. He promised to continuously strive, learn, and fulfill the assigned tasks.
On the same morning, at the 20th Session, the People's Council of Ninh Giang district, term XX, dismissed comrade Phan Nhat Thanh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district, term XX, 2021-2026, due to job transfer.
Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh was born in 1980, hometown in Thanh Lang commune (Thanh Ha).
He has a PhD in Economics and a senior degree in political theory.
Comrade Phan Nhat Thanh used to be Deputy Head of Price - Public Assets Department (Department of Finance); Head of Industry Economic Department (Department of Planning and Investment); Head of Internal Affairs Department (Office of the Provincial People's Committee); Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs.
