Proposal to limit the assignment of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor of small-scale projects

On the morning of December 10, discussing at the 28th session of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Vu Van Tung, Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, proposed 3 solutions to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, including limiting the assignment of units as investors of small-scale projects.
