Soon there will be instructions to reissue free 'red books' for cases of land donation

On the afternoon of December 9, speaking at the discussion group at the 28th session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Cam Giang District People's Council Doan Dinh Tuyen proposed to soon guide the measurement and re-issuance of 'red books' for households donating land according to the resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

At the 23rd Session, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution on the policy of supporting funding for surveying, adjusting and reissuing land use right certificates (red books) for organizations and individuals who donate land for road construction or public works but have not yet been adjusted or reissued.

The Provincial People's Council has agreed to support all costs for surveying and adjusting cadastral records to issue or register changes on issued land use right certificates and fees for issuing, registering changes on land use right certificates for households and individuals who donate land use rights for the construction of public works but have not yet surveyed, adjusted cadastral records and issued or renewed land use right certificates in the province.

According to the review report, the province has 18,000 cases of land donation for road construction or public works that will be fully supported with the cost of reissuing land use right certificates. The total cost of measuring, adjusting and reissuing land use right certificates is about 44 billion VND, drawn from the state budget.
