Regarding the implementation of works and projects, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban praised Kim Thanh district for its efforts in site clearance. He requested the district to continue to implement and complete the disbursement and site clearance plan; promptly complete site clearance for projects and works that have been approved for investment, especially large projects such as: Construction of an interchange connecting National Highway 17B with National Highway 5, Hanoi - Hai Phong railway in Kim Xuyen commune and Kinh Mon River overpass and access road connecting the interchange with National Highway 5... The implementation process needs to be strictly ensured, public and transparent to promptly complete site clearance and handover to investors, contractors and construction units.

In preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Standing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee selected Kim Dinh Commune Party Committee and Dan - Party Party Committee to organize the model Congress of grassroots Party Committees for the 2025-2030 term.
According to the report of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district, as of November 14, the whole district had 14/19 socio-economic development targets for 2024 achieved and exceeded the targets. The total state budget revenue in the district reached nearly 700 billion VND, exceeding 34% of the plan, up 10% over the same period in 2023.
The whole district has 3/17 communes meeting the model new rural standards, 10/17 communes meeting the advanced new rural standards (it is expected that by the end of 2024, Kim Dinh and Dong Cam communes will meet the model new rural standards, Tuan Viet commune will meet the advanced new rural standards); Phu Thai town will meet the civilized urban standards.
Currently, Kim Thanh district has 2 public investment projects invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; 7 projects invested by the district are funded by the province. All projects are in the process of site clearance and construction. The district has disbursed nearly 250 billion VND (including disbursement for the value of completed volume in 2024 and recovery of advances), reaching 73.1% of the capital plan allocated at the district level.
