Handling responsibilities of organizations and individuals who are slow to resolve citizens' complaints and denunciations

Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested to consider and handle the responsibilities of organizations and individuals who have not seriously implemented the conclusions of provincial leaders on handling citizens' complaints and denunciations.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, has just assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to urgently urge and request the assigned agencies and units to immediately report the results of handling and resolving complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections on overdue tasks; at the same time, propose and consider handling the responsibilities of related organizations and individuals.

Previously, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee reported to the Provincial Party Committee Secretary the results of handling and resolving complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections at the citizen reception on October 11, 2024.

Some agencies and units have not seriously implemented the conclusions of the Provincial Party Secretary and Provincial People's Committee Chairman.

In recent times, implementing the regulations of the Central Government, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee have organized many meetings with citizens to listen to the people's thoughts and aspirations; promptly directed Party committees and authorities at all levels to thoroughly resolve complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of the people.

Every month, the schedule for receiving citizens by the Provincial Party Secretary and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee is announced in advance by the Provincial People's Committee Office at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the provincial press agencies for people to register.

At the meetings, each case reported by citizens was directed by the Provincial Party Secretary and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to be reported, explained and explained to citizens by relevant departments, branches and localities; and to have a plan to resolve it completely.

After the citizen reception sessions, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee informed the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee leaders on the contents of people's complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; coordinated with units and localities to urge, supervise and report the results of handling each case.

Thanks to the drastic and close direction, urging and supervision, many cases have been resolved before and within the deadline as directed by the provincial leaders.
